Porthbeor beach is located in the Cornwall, United Kingdom and it is a sandy beach. The beach is 2 miles away from the east of town St Mawes. The beach covers with 50 hectares of area. The beach is also known as Porth Beor.
Porthbeor beach is nearer to the Bohortha and entering into the beach is difficult, please look at the images. It also lies to the close of tip of Roseland Peninsula. It is a shingle beach and south east facing sand.
Dogs are allowed into the beach all over the year, so need not to worry if you have pets. Make sure your pets should follow the rules and keep calm because of others shouldn’t get frightened.
Acessing the Beach
The beach had trips during summer because of the passenger ferry runs from St Malwes to St Anthony’s and from their it can reach by a short walk. The beach is open throughout the year and anyone can reach it by walking.
There are cottages and hotels in the St Malwes area also the parking for cars is limited. Their is no facilities at this beach because of its structure and the beach design.
