These little beauties currently showing in London’s West End are jam-packed with famous stars:
- The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre
The Lion king is an award winning musical Theater in London of west end. This is not a new in Industry as it was running from last 16 years with excellent effects in the theater. 2. Breakfast at Tiffany’s

Staying true to the original text, the story follows the wild antics of sprightly socialite, Holly Golightly, against its romantic 1940s background.

3. La Cage Aux Folles
Donning his high heels for the role of eccentric diva drag queen, Albin, John Barrowman of Torchwood fame lights up the stage in this rib-tickling tale of family values, unconditional love and the need to be proud of who we are.
4. Grease
Firm West End favourite, Grease, returns for another stint on the stage, this time with X-Factor runner-up and Dancing on Ice champ, Ray Quinn as leading role Danny Zuko. Whether you’ve seen the film or not, this retro classic won’t fail to have you up dancing in the aisles. Grease is the word!
5. Priscilla Queen of the Desert
I’m a Celebrity favorite, Jason Donovan, takes the starring role as drag queen Mitzi Del Bra in this smash hit musical combining a heady mix of comedy, drama, emotion and a fantastically camp soundtrack.
6. Chicago
Another West End classic, Chicago returns to the stage with its thrilling blend of drama, catchy musical numbers and eye-popping dance routines. Now famed for casting celebrities in its lead roles (Destiny’s Child’s Michelle Williams and Jerry Springer have just rounded off their summer debut), you will be sure to spot a star belting out a tune or two.
And if you still haven’t had your fill of celebrity after that little lot, there are yet more fantastic options for theatre breaks set to hit the London stage over the next few months. Legally Blonde, The Musical, starring Blue’s Duncan James, starts in December – unmissable for lovers of the original film.
